LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO RENT IN ALBUQUERQUE

Hi, my name is Nevaeh and I have been living here in Albuquerque for the last 6 months. I am from Scottsdale, AZ. In need of renting an apt, condo or house anytime before the month of September. I have great references from my current landlord and from 2 in Scottsdale, AZ. I am very clean and will keep the property just as clean or cleaner than when I moved in. The problem is trying to get approved from a management company with no proof of income.

Please let me know if you can help me with this. Open to making any type of arrangements or just keeping it completely business.

Just curious. I'm in Iowa, so i can't help you with this one. I work grave yard and your request got me to thinking. Would a woman consider staying with a guy to use his place for free during evening hours? Yea I would want a little gratitude, but only once a week while there.

You need to file taxes so you have proof of income.

Living under the table is going to kill you after a while

I hear all these people that say wealthy need to pay their fair share

So maybe pay your fair share like everyone else does.

Please don't say because of your profession. They don't care as long as they get a check.
