I'm beginning my tour this week and have plans of Austin on my to do list!

I have never been and obviously have no idea what to expect in the way of interest from the locals.

I'm the Hot 4 teacher on Summer break and decided to make the most out of it.

While in Austin - where do I need to eat? Where can I just NOT pass up a meal at?
No national chain places, just local Texas eatin'?

Well the threAD worked. Got me to look at the showcase. That's the problem. Artsy is cool but question is where is the sexy?

A good hobbyist doesn't just rush over to see a showcase and then respond with a comment that doesn't contribute to the conversation.

Just a single click on the first two of her many raving reviews would point out why one would wish to see SP. It would be nice to see some recent pictures but if you take the time to read the words of the OKC mongers, you will understand why many up there like this lady.

I think we should all look forward to her visit. I wish that I was in town this week or next and I would be the first one to jump into the pool for this lady. TOFTT in ATX with SP would be a slam dunk with this hot lady. Just saying, don't know her, but will be looking for scouting reports of her visit.

Shawna, get some BBQ, there are several places in Austin that are local and good. You can compare to your own local OK variety.

Visit one of the lakes, have a drink on a deck and enjoy the scenery. Stop by the Domain and shop to you heart's content.

I wasn't slamming the OP for posting a threAD. I was asking for decent showcase pics since attention and marketing is what thrADS are really about.

Since it was posted in coed there is absolutely nothing wrong with my request.

Now if I had commented in provider ads that would be different.

An AD ? Sure! We all know this, but I do truly like to get some feedback on what in some of your opinions is the best place to get a steak, a drink or part of town I should stay away from.

Amarillo and New Orleans understood it was an AD, allowed it to make it's point and then responded to the thread as asked. I had a great Prime Rib in AM from one of the 4-5 places that was recommended in the thread. New Orleans rose to the challenge and I now know where I'm staying, where to go to enjoy some of the rich architectural history, colorful culture, and cuisine the city has to offer! I'm more excited than ever to go to N.O.

Pics - they are subtle and few, I admit, one is a year old and the couple others weeks old. I feel that's recent in my opinion. They could they be more explicit, then again, so could I.

This is my first real tour with more than 2 locations in mind. I'm learning a lot through practice and from advice on the boards from the ladies that have done this before.

I am not for everyone nor am I for every market. I realize that in larger markets where the average lady has loads of pics and a beautiful website I will receive less interest. It appears the other providers I talk with all have personal stories of where they would not return to because they did so poorly the last time they tried to visit. I will have those stories myself before long. There will be lseveral locations that I stay one night or not at all because the interest isn't there! I'm prepared for that and fully expect it.

I got those stellar reviews (40 +) without one single picture. The pictures are very new, anyone will tell you in OK.... I was the seemingly ridiculous provider that thought she'd gain an impeccable reputation without a single picture provided to her potential dates before or after they booked. Over 40 mostly well known highly contributing members of the boards showed up at my door without a single picture!

Sigh** I digress, I'm very private, value my real world life as anyone does... Like many I would lose my job and life as I know it.... therefore, I take the heat, the flak, which causes my volume to stay low but also my quality remains very high!

Austin may be to large a market for me, I will come and maybe will be sent packing with my hat in my hand giving me those cool stories to assist future wide eyed innocents that inquire in the ladies lounge. I could go from Skywalker to O B one to maybe someday Yoda... see guys, there's a silver lining in everything!

Only time will tell..

If you find yourself in Round Rock (really north Austin) I highly recommend Blind Squirrel Sandwiches. It's a family run gourmet sammiches place. Their hours of operation are limited because of childcare but they are so worth it. If you like a steak sandwich try the Godfather. If you want 3 kinds of pork the Big Bad Wolf is great and if you like a BLT with a little something extra nosh on a B.L.A.S.T. omnomnomlicious. Link to website included.
