Ladies do you avoid pre-screening for some reason?

I am going to take somewhat of a contrarian approach to much of what has been said here so far. Much of that is because of my situation—I travel a LOT, and fortunately I have some control over the specifics of when I travel, though not where. Most my travel is planned about three weeks out and finalized a week out—so if I want to brighten my trips my spending some time with a pretty young lady, I need to plan that about three weeks out and firm it up a week out. I very rarely can free up several hours on a day’s notice, and I essentially never thumb through ads at the last minute to pick out someone I want to see.

I understand that will prevent me from likely ever meeting many of the ladies here, so I see those whose own scheduling allows them to plan ahead also.

Prescreening and scheduling are two very different things. I do most my screening through P411 and/or D-C, and I do not understand why a lady would not cooperatively pre-screen me through one of those sites. It is almost a must for me, because often I will drive 4-6 hours from where I will be working in order to see a lady I am interested in. The most recent lady I reviewed I literally added 700 miles to my drive in order to see her (and it was worth every mile, by the way). If I am going that far out of my way, and blocking of that much of my travel time, I do not see 30 min of her time as an undue imposition. If a lady does not reply to a pre-screening request, that essentially removes her from my list of possibilities and I move on. I will request a pre-screen when I have a reasonable expectation that I will be close to a particular lady & I decided I want to meet her. This is typically 3 to 4 weeks out, and I make it very clear it is prescreening, and I am not asking her to reserve a slice of time yet because my trip is not firm.

As to actual scheduling, I will have airline tickets in hand about a week out (assuming I am flying and not driving), and at that point I will write again and provide as much flexibility as I can in dates/time, and ask her if any of those times fit her schedule. If so, I want to lock in an evening with her because the other evenings I will fill in with working. I understand some ladies cannot do that and I have no hard feeling if that doesn’t work for them—but again, it also means that I won’t be able to see them as much as I might like to.

At the extreme end, I have scheduled up to a year in advance for special occasions—when I know I will make that trip even if it is only to see her. For me it works—with certain ladies. I have done a number of 2-month out appointments if I will be at a conference or conducting training—something I know will not change.

There are a lot of people in this corner of the world, and we all have different situations. It is great for those people who are fluid enough to plan everything at the last minute, but some of us cannot. (And it always amazes me how a lady can expect to check/hear back from references in an hour or two.)

I prefer to prescreen! The trick is to make sure and not flake on the date!

There have been clients who book with me up to two weeks in advance and I really appreciate that! Typically, the p411 guys are the most trustworthy because they pay to keep their profile updated and are more serious about the hobby, usually travelers. Not to say that eccie guys don't keep their word...

My favorite approach is a guy who will politely introduce himself and what he is looking for. Has already researched me and knows not to ask stupid questions like how much is your donation(every Provider's biggest pet peeve)!

Books for two+ hours with plans to share a bottle of wine and some conversation before hitting the sheets!

I have defiantly had some outstanding dates from these sites! I love meeting new people and learning new things from clients.

I wonder if some have pre-screening confused with pre booking....

Pre-screening for me is getting the screening process out of the way so that when said potential client has free play time he can just call and book...This comes in very handy if its short notice.... I consider pre screening as something that is not a set future appt. but just getting the TCB out of the way...

Pre-booking--To me is setting up a play time...I will pre book for a set time in the future after screening has been complete.. I have ben lucky with my pre booked so far no flakes
