Douglas street/Delano are the places to be.

What kind of food are you looking for? I typically hit up the bars.

I'd Recommend The Anchor, The Monarch, and The Hill. Great bars that I always have a good time at and pretty decent food at all three. They are all on douglas. As far as off douglas Deano's and Mulligans are generally fun places to hang out. I don't know too much about the west side if that's where you are at.

Try district taqueria on Douglas and Washington for some good tacos!! I like Picasso pizzeria in Delano district too

Thank you folks. I ended up going to a fast food place last night, I will try one of the places today/tonight.

I don't drink so bars really aren't my thing, unless someone wants to go play a game of pool with me, I have three holes for you to fill!!

In my younger days it would have been 9 ball, but now that I am older, need a bridge to help with every shot and after 2 balls my back is sore. Are we really talking about pool?

I use to be able to play 9 ball all night long and like you with age I'm down to 2 good 9 ball games or 4 3 hole games and a lot of bumper pool.
