I can text in public or in anyone's company, not so much with the phone call. Although, I do prefer to talk to a provider briefly before. You can tell how tactful, professional, and accommodating someone is by a talk. You also see if they stimulate another one of your senses!

But a lady should never call or text back if last call or text more than 1/2 hour ago. Unless she knows him and its ok by him from her.

guys should be thinking no text or call if can't answer 1/2 hour latter. If guy knows call back or text safe time is shorter or longer, text that or leave voice message stating that. Do not call or text more than every 1/2 hour. Give up its not your day after about two hours. text to late if it to late for you or found another. Not long ago I broke that 2 hours by about a hour. Then gave up as I guy I was with at a strip club LOL at me. So I said watch this, called another(left a message) and was on my way over to her 15 min. latter.

gals do not call or text out of the blue unless you know him and its ok from you by him.

One I know well I will call or text her before going into work, and we will chat killing time. I can tell if she does not want or can't deal with my ass. No text or call back, and I'm in the doghouse if she waits 5 min after my start time then text LOL No big deal and Oh well

Texting. It adds to the excitement of not knowing what's she is all about. I get enough info and then a phone call right before we meet.
