Default Providers getting down to and controlling their target weight.

I'm curious about how providers who choose to do so maintain their weight and lose weight.

Friend/business partner just got out of rehab for weight problems and I agreed to go back to riding at least for awhile and him back to training for awhile. Therefore I'm eating only six pieces of fruit a day and using my bulimia to rid myself of other foods I have to eat due to social situations.

I'm back to being pimped again although I will be an inhouse hoe and not publicly traded online like before. In order to make that cash I got to make that weight. It's harder now that I'm older to lose weight especially since due to beatings I received riding horses for past pimps means a significant portion of my body parts have been replaced with heavy metal.

Suggestions from pimps on non brutal ways to slim your hoes down would also be appreciated As I and probably numerous indie hoes would appreciate your perspectives.

Let's try to be real, They already suggested they could help me lose ten pounds of useless excess blubber by cutting my head off this morning in the locker room.

Weight management should be a key part of your business plan ladies and as of yet nobody claims to have one! At least a few girls claim to change bed sheets between clients not many but at least a few...

Well, it took me 8 months to lose close to 60lbs. I have not reached my target yet, I weight 127lbs and would like to go down to 120lbs. I mostly drink water with exceptions here and there, workout 5 days a week, clean diet with exception of dinning out. Even then, I am careful with my food choice.

Over the last few weeks I began to swim an hour a day 7 days a week. But swimming makes me hungry!!!

I'm almost close enough where I can just take some diuretics and make my weight but staying there is going to be hell!!!

Weight control is simple.
Move your feet more than you eat.
You can eat anything you want if you get off your ass.
Modern conveniences ruined mankind, if you had to hunt your food to eat, you would never be sitting on your ass.
I do 300 push ups, 300 sit ups, and bike 7 miles in the evening.
