I can't really seen a wet tshirt contest in years in Arkansas. Probably been 20 years or so and that was in Hot Springs at Dockers for a couple of summers. Pretty sure they cracked down on them because of the nudity/serving alcohol arcane laws we have here.

Maybe not a wet T-Shirt contest, but a biker rally/party/campout/thing I'm going to next month is suppose to have a "Girl with the most Beads" contest. Pretty much I have to show my tits...no tshirt allowed
