who thinks they should take licorice out of jellybean?
You know I pretty much eat a bag of jellybeans at least once a day. I get sick and tired of having to pick out the licorice, and then the one time you slip up in the licorice gets in fucks up the whole flava. you have all these good assortment of flavor bursting in your mouth it's so good and then you have the licorice that just ruins the whole thing.
You know I could relate this to real life. So you have all these different assortment of people together having fun and you get that one person that comes in a fucking it up for everybody it's the licorice...
As you read this this is a joke so don't take me seriously just take the humor for what it is I find it hilarious no but seriously who thinks they should take the licorice out of the jellybean because it totally throws the flavor off...

I understand that your poll is lighthearted but....
I hate licorice. My mother would always buy big packages of the stuff, eat a few pieces, tire of it and then force us kids to eat the rest so my father wouldn't see it. She would buy a large package once a year to "remind herself" how much she kinda liked licorice. Then she use some sales technique and finally threaten us until it was all eaten. She was psycho like that. I literally gag when I see a package of twizzlers 40 years later.
Don't get me started on pine nuts.

TS...guess I am the direct opposite of you. I pick the licorice ones out first and devour them. I actually look for the bags at Easter that are 100% licorice jelly beans.
Now if you are talking about things like Jelly Belly Beans, where you combine several to make different flavors, I can see your point.
But a bag of jelly beans a day!! Who do you think you are....Ronald Reagan? :-)

You could go to a specialty candy shop and put together your own bag of jelly beans. In addition to this, you can choose more exotic or unusual flavors while you're there. Win, win.

Licorice is my second favorite flavor. Number 1 would be Jelly Belly Juicy Pear.

I love licorice but I can't stand an apple if it has a stem. I've always been that way. Not sure why?
Knott's Berry farm has the best Licorice in the world and about every flavor you can imagine!
Little-Known Licorice Facts:
by Alicia Rudnicki, Demand Media
Overview
Most people likely think of licorice as a sweet, chewy treat that is black or red. However, in candy, licorice flavoring -- which comes from the sweet root of the licorice plant, Glycyrrhiza glabra -- is only used in black licorice. Licorice powder is also used in tobacco products, teas and herbal supplements. Its glycyrrhizinic acid and glycyrrhizin salt work together to make the plant's root sweet. Unfortunately, glycyrrhizin is toxic if over-consumed. When it is removed, licorice products are said to be deglycerized licorice, or DGL. Licorice root taste-alikes, such as anise oil (Pimpinella anisum L.), are usually added to DGL to improve flavor. Both licorice and DGL are used to treat health problems such as ulcers and sore throats. Moderate consumption of products containing pure licorice is okay, unless you are pregnant or have a condition that glycyrrhizin aggravates, such as high blood pressure.

I need 'em to keep makin' 'em both ways, so that when I finally become a huge rock star (which will happen any day now) I can demand that my concert promoter take all of the licorice ones out of the giant bowl of jelly beans that will be awaiting me in my dressing room per my contract. Or, better yet, I can demand that there be an exact 3.5 to 1 (non-licorice to licorice) ratio. Either way, I cannot be as colorful a rock star as I want to be by making outrageous and wholly irrational contract demands over jelly beans unless licorice jelly beans remain on the market. That being the case, they SHALL remain on the market.
Glad we got that settled.
Next poll....
