Thread rating on provider ads

How/why are provider ads given stars for Thread Rating? The option doesn't appear to exist. So who gives/awards them? If it's the provider then why wouldn't every one give themselves 5 stars?

Click on the RATE THREAD drop down and select your rating.

Some girls give it to themselves, dude whiteknights always give it to their whores, and sometimes people just like to give stars out.

I see it as an option everywhere.... but not in any Provider Ads. I'm using Firefox.

Never noticed it, but yea, I guess they just rate their own posts then. I know a certain provider who replies to my posts and instantly has a like.

You know, it seemed like there used to be a rating for the ads at one time. I could have sworn I saw it before...but now that you mention you don't see it for the ads, I checked and you're correct.

I never rated any of my own ads, but I'm sure there are girls who give themselves 5 stars right after they post their ad. In fact, I bet that's the only reason an ad was rated...was from the provider herself.
