aight, so i thought this would be good for some of you newer guys who need to improve your backpage game or fine tune your early warning system. it's an essential skill in the 806, bros.
it goes something like this:
in my regular scanning of bp the other day i see this:

it's a brand new ad, and i normally let them percolate awhile before even thinking of a call, but i was bored, so i did a google image search. the only thing that popped up was a recent ad from the san luis obispo bp. i thought, ok, that's reasonable if she's visiting family (remember this part), but if that's the case, how does she have an 806 number? probably a burn phone, nothing wrong with that.
so i text. no reply for several days, so i respond to the email link in the ad using my junk mail address. NEVER respond to one using your good address.
later that night i get this:
