Healthy Food
Well, I called the food at Twin Peaks healthy and it really is.
Grilled rainbow trout with trimmings and a glass of pineapple juice is not only healthy, but even more delicious when served by a sexy waitress.
. . . This obvious menu improvement is precisely what Hooters overlooked when their over-supply of greasy fried food.

Twin Peaks for sure. Food tastes better and the girls seem like they want to be there.

Excuse me but when I had the trout it was farm raised, grilled and came with veggies and mashed potatoes. Maybe you have your breastaurants confused. I do have an insider and they assured me that the picture you posted is not how the dish is presented. see attachment
Your picture linked to a Whole Foods picture from the early 2000's and not from Twin Peaks see attachment

Never heard of Twin Peaks before today. And it turns out they're opening one here in Hell. It'll be interesting to see how that goes over with the bible thumpers.

The food difference is mainly a difference in philosophy.
Hooters was founded as a pub-like bar and grill, and the menu was set for that market -- burgers, chicken and friend, with some seafood thrown in because they originally opened on a wharf.
Twin Peakes is obviously aiming for the more refined palate, although I don't see how soaking everything in jalapeño juice makes things more refined. However, the base foodstuffs the dishes start with is generally better than you average her food.
When Hooters started out, their food was generally pretty good, and not overly greasy. But then operations got taken over by the same corporate mentality that's driven other good chains into mediocrity (Chilis, Red Lobster, etc.) Folks with no working knowledge of how to make food took over the decision making process to save a few bucks, and the quality slipped. My biggest gripe is with their crab legs, which used to be close to the best in town. Then someone decided that the crab boil should be sprinkled on the crabs after boiling, instead used in the water. Now I won't go near them cause they are nothing but a mess to eat.
Then they applied the same philosophy to the local management hires and we ended up with waitresses that were barely a step up from street walkers, managers who were extremely sexist, if not outright sexually harassing the staff, etc.
I will need to give TP another try, and I really wish that our Tilted Kilt hadn't closed down. But then nothing seems to survive in that location.

Ya, you won't find the Southern Baptist Preacher at the private club in a dry county after Twin Peaks opens. But in Rogers you would probably find me at Mr. B's but if you like the Interstate crowd Twin Peaks is good.

I would go to hooters every now nah again, then twin peaks came into town and I haven't been to hooters since. I love the fact that you can see skin and not those dang leggings and t-shirt.

Poor me.....
I get to build these shit holes, and others like them.....
The worst part..... After you complete the build, you are forced to just hang out ( invisible of course) and wait for something to break for 2 or 3 weeks.
