Okay, I got your attention.
There appears to be no such device or software. The phrase or name “Simple Cellphone Hack” or “Simple Cellphone Hacker” has come up in a couple of threads on these boards -- which I’ve seen and I’ve searched quite a bit for it. In my (humble) opinion, there exists no such phantom. However, those who took a look here may be interested in the following links.

**This is from Edward Snowden -- to a journalist (circa: 2013) and it is still worth more than gold to those of us who use GNU PG (See the Wiki for: “GNU Privacy Guard” – RE: 2014 Washington Post & Glenn Greenwald).

Last, but not least; keep in mind the following: the only reason the NSA, CIA, DARPA, etc. are interested in quantum computing is because 128 bit encryption is impossible to crack with current technology...which is to say, theoretically; with quantum computers all 128 bit encrypted content will be decrypted -- which *will* happen at some point in the future (i.e. make your bets on Statutes of Limitations).

P.S. If you are interested in how I came to my conclusion regarding the “Simple Cellphone Hacker”…then install the TOR browser and use the start-page search engine to look for it (particularly among TORRENT & 4CHAN).
