i can see this, but it seems fairly light hearted on a serious issue? isn't this about enjoying the company of another adult in a hopefully mutually beneficial way?

and i do agree it should be taken with the wind, but so many take ECCIE as law and when ASPD was around it makes since ... but no way in hell can people want to use eccie as a safety net for this already shady life style ... knowing damn well how spiteful people can be

There are probably hundreds of providers on this site that never (or very rarely) have a problem with anybody. They post ads, they provide good quality sessions, they post relevant content. They don't go looking for fights and controversy. They treat what they do as a business and rely in some part on eccie to function as a tool for their business. I'm not sure what providers are "talked to and treated like trash" that you're referring to but if you could point out a few examples I would be curious to see that provider's history.

my opinion is that on the internet, esp anonymous sites on the internet, people act however they want to act - nice, decent, immature, disrespectful, downright hostile, whatever.

and whether or not you believe they are doing a "good job" at it, the moderators, administrators, and owner(s) are doing what they can and what they feel is the correct/appropriate application of the guidelines.


again my opinion, another aspect of this is how some men treat women in general and sex workers in particular. throughout ages, many men have treated women w/ little respect if not as chattel. look at how Mary Magdalene was treated in the bible. Look at what happened at the Salem Witch Trials. Look at what happened to those school girls kidnapped by Boku Harum (sp). Look at what the so-called Islamic State fighters are doing to women in Syria and Iraq and Turkey. Look at how women are treated in the USA in business, advertising, etc.
when some women become educated, gain power, or gain money (a form of power), some men dont like being upstaged, dont like losing power/money, etc. and then attack women, either specifically or generally.

throw in some anonymity and very lax application of consequences here in eccie, and it's no wonder why some guys act the way they do.

so, in my opinion, to think that people will behave in the most respectful manner here is to ignore history and to not think rationally.
to hope that they will act "nice" is laudable. to educate them about "nice" behavior is also laudable.

So because we aren't to take this site seriously we let men attack women and sometimes take advantage of them? I don't see how a woman thinks it's ok to take disrespect. Smh

I think many of the issues that occur depends on your purpose of this board. From a lady's standpoint, I would think it's to sell her goods. For those that go beyond it being for sales they usually lose because irregardless of how idiotic a man they're fighting with, many paying guys avoid ladies that have ANY drama associated with them...can't chance that drama affecting out RW.

From a guy's perspective, for some it is their life - so they respond to everything regardless if they should (like the BBW white girl that reponds to an ISO for a black spinner) - they're both desperate for something.

Some guys don't hobby but come here for kicks - they have absolutely nothing to lose by getting into it with girls - that's dangerous to the gal because the drama could lose real business.

Keep in mind people - for 99.9% here they could stop coming here tomorrow and after a week be forgotten (exception - been a year and I'm still wondering when Kitty will return). So to the point of "it's just a hooker board" - really has merit. If it's truly upsetting someone to be here they need to move on - have some fun, look at some hotties, enjoy a fight here and there, but at the end of the day this isn't my whole life.

And to anyone who thinks ASPD was a more decent, polite venue, I have a question for you, "What planet are you from?"

I used ASPD for about 10 years before it dried up and almost NEVER commented. There wasn't a day that went by that a dude writing his first review didn't suffer thru QUACK commentary, Queen Bees, and there was scores of them, were insulting guys about their negative reviews, the BigDicks were stomping on the LittleDicks, etc...The Welcome Wagon on ASPD was dominated by the Pimps and Managers rolling their new girls thru and their Behind The Scenes Crew rah rah-ing her up... It was Tombstone, AZ before anyone new there was a such thing as a Lawman.

I can't even remember the last time I read QUACK on a review.
