Default DFW Hotels with great restaurants attached

Hobbyists / Providers,

What are some of your favorite hotels in the DFW area that have nice or at least decent restaurants ideally inside (i.e. lobby) or really really close.

If it isn't technically a restaurant then..at least a great bar with great atmosphere...

I know of some but want to get your opinions...

Thank you,

Fearing's in the Ritz Carlton

Absolute perfection! Also you can have a drink beforehand at the interesting Rattlesnake bar attached.

"Named “Restaurant of the Year” and “Table of the Year” by Esquire Magazine shortly after opening and named No. 1 in Hotel Dining in the U.S. by Zagat just 15 months later,"

SpikeBaby and I had a 3-hour appetizer/drinks/play date at Le Meridien on Maple last week. Although we didn't eat dinner there, the atmosphere was gorgeous, trendy, and energetic.

Then there are several restaurants in the Hotel Crescent Court complex.

The Southlake Hilton has Copeland's New Orleans Restaurant inside and is within a stones throw of several upscale dining options including: Truluck's, Del Frisco's Grille, Daddy Jack's, Brio, il Calabrese (formerly Patrizio's), etc....

The capital grill, right outside of the crescent. Or, if you crave for 5 star cuisine, the old Warsaw cross the street from the crescent.

The Marriott in Plano (Legacy/Tollway) is adjacent to jasper's, one of my faves, as well as many others within walking distance.

There is the Captain Obvious as you look out on the Dallas Skyline...

Five Sixty, at the top of Reunion Tower, adjacent to the Hyatt Regency Downtown. If you like Asian Fusion, the food is top notch, though a bit spendy. But you cannot beat the views.
