Somehow I don't see where one leads to the other. For <$200 you can get a phone/tablet with a calendar app that will help you set and
keep appointments. Most even come with an alarm clock built in you can use to wake you if you need to take a nap.
As for locations, I've heard you can get some nice places for <$200 a week as well, and you don't have to work out of various low-priced hotels.
