Training Day – It’s Obedience School and You’re the Teacher!
Perhaps one of the most important aspects of having a good submissive by your side is making sure he is properly trained. For Mistresses and Dommes who may be new to the scene and are still getting their feet wet or for those who may be looking to add a bit of D/s into their home relationship in the bedroom, the ideal place to start is with the proper training of your submissive and slave. Having a training day is a great way for you to begin to understand your power as a Mistress, gain some confidence in your abilities to lead your slave and have some fun along the way.

Before you begin your initial training session with your slave, it is important that you be prepared and you establish your boundaries. Safe words are critical to be established, especially for those who may just be starting out in the scene. It is only through the use of the safe words that you will begin to know what the limitations of your submissive are going to be and this can help you to not only avoid any injuries or damage in trust early on but it also helps to determine just how far you can go with things. It might be a good idea to establish before the first training session that the submissive only has to be concerned about what you will do if he misbehaves or does not listen to one of your commands.Training your Submissive

Before the training begins, take some time to set the scene properly so you have everything at hand and know where to find everything easily. Get some type of restraint out, whether it is handcuffs, silk ties, stockings, rope or the like. Remember you want to be able to restrain without causing injury, so be safe in the way you tie him up and what you use to do it. You might also want to have a few other devices available, like a blindfold or a paddle. For the initial training, you probably don’t need to restrain his legs in any way since you want him to be able to stand and kneel at your command.

As far as what to wear, the slave should wear as little as possible. As the person in charge, his wardrobe is your choice, so you could simply have him in his underwear, nothing at all, or something that lives little to the imagination and no coverage. You, on the other hand, want to be dressed it what makes you feel the most powerful and sexy. The image you project here is one that will cause desire on the part of the slave, which is just the reaction you want. You want the slave to understand that with proper obedience in the session that he will get to worship your glorious body in whatever you are wearing as a motivation for proper behavior.

Now that all of that is established, you can finally start the scene. Whether he enters the room or you enter and he is prepared, you can start pretty much the same way. The idea of this session is all about obedience and training so that he can learn you are in control. Have him stand in front of you, hands at his sides, so he is exposed to you. Tell him that you are his Domme, tell him your Domme name and make him say it back to you. Also tell him that he is not allowed to speak unless he is told to and his actions are under your control. You can then slowly walk around him and inspect your slave.

If he has behaved well so far, let him know that, but don’t go too far with praise. He still needs to know that he is on “thin ice” and any lax moves will be costly. Now might be a good time to tie his hands or handcuff him and place the blindfold on him. You can then start to ask him questions and make them questions that are going to result in the proper behavior. Ask him several times throughout what your name is and make sure he replies properly with what you have told him. Ask him who he belongs to now and what he would like you to do to him. For this one, the only correct answer should be “whatever you desire, Mistress,” or something along those lines. If he answers questions correctly to your satisfaction, praise him with words of encouragement so that he understands when he obeys he gets good attention. If he misbehaves, take the course of punishment that you have deemed, perhaps a swat with the paddle or a spank. Let him know you will keep asking him questions all night long if necessary until he gets it right.

Keep asking questions until you get the answers you want regularly and without hesitation. How and when the training session ends is really up to you. By the end of the session, your slave will likely be a ball of pent up emotion ready to explode, so perhaps untying him and telling him to get dressed as you leave the room is enough at this point to not only leave him frustrated but to let him know that you are the boss now and he will just have to anticipate what the next session will bring.
