You are allowed to add five ECCIE reviews to your showcase. Your showcase already has five reviews in it. If you wish to add the review in question, you will need to remove one of the others first.

Sorry I didn't mean my showcase, I meant the area where it says ECCIE REVIEWS, and all the reviews are listed...

That one is there now, but I have another that is not attaching to the ECCIE REVIEWS section..can you add this one for me, thanks

That one just showed up yesterday. We just have not gotten to it yet. It has been taken care of.

Remember, the process of assigning reviews to provider profiles is a manual one. Sometimes it may take a day or two to get to them all.
