If you are paying attention (so not good to do choking games while drunk and attention may be poor) , you will see her pass out and can stop immediately. She should come right back around. If not , then you may have uncovered an underlying heart issue or something serious, in which case there may be trouble. Smelling salts or ammonia should wake her up unless it is serious. If that doesn't do it, CPR and 911 is all that you can do unless you have a syringe of epi to stab into her heart like in Pulp Fiction.
