Personally I believe that she was polite in her reply... at least she was honest in that she did not believe that they would be a good match.

Before we can really decide if the provider or the hobbyist was wrong we need more info which we will never have. Until we know who the provider is we cannot look at her ad. Does her ad say "no discounts", are their any no no's listed in the ad that the hobbyist might of violated which prompted her response. Were all of his responses made available to us or were the responses cherry picked. Personally I think her responses were fine, she did not know the guy, he had not been screened, she was polite but firm, she explained that she would not see him and why. What more can you expect, a consolation gift.

I personally felt she was polite but firm. She did offer to help him find a woman who could accommodate his interest in a special or discount.

The Redacted communication of the hobbyist 3 replies were exact and the 3 responses from the Provider were exact. There was nothing omitted or hidden on either side.

I feel that the hobbyist could have used different words and I also believe that the provider could have just referred him to her website. Heck she was posting in BP. When I heard about this I asked to see the communication and was like wow!! I went to her website and the only pricing listed was for the providers home town. She was visiting in a different city and there was no tour rate listed for the city she was touring??? Just my 2 cents. The hobbyist saved me the time from even wanting to contact a provider that can respond to a person like that. Too bad! She has pretty good reviews also..
