How long does it take?

Alright I'm sorry if this sounds impatient but how long does it take to get verified?

I was told by a member that was vouching for me that provider status was already submitted for me.....and that was four days ago. It also has been over 48 hours since I sent an email to ask if the staff needed anything else. Per JJ's post it can take 24-48 hours from when they get the info for my status to be updated.

So what am I missing here? Was I lied to? Did the member never vouch for me? Is everyone on vacation?

And to clarify, I was in no way implying that the staff gave me misinformation but that maybe the member in question's memory and recollection of events was faulty. Which seems to be the case.
