Lot of "careful" provider required 3 referral for screening purpose. But if most required 3 referral. How do I get start it

Post an ISO for "Newbie Friendly" and you'll get some hits. Some people will tell you to get P411 (and that's cool if you want to), but I don't see the need.

There are PLENTY of chicks here that will give you a start. They may not be "Tier 1" providers, but they'll get you there quick if that's what you're looking for.

Find a provider who is newbie friendly, active(i.e. answers references), and well known. That will give you a great running start. Having a P411 account will help too.

I completely agree! Post an ISO for a newbie friendly lady. From a ladies perspective, P411 is the best! Most ladies will still want a reference or 2 even with P411, but you are well on your way to smooth sailing in the verificatiin process. Screening on P411 takes a lady minutes to verify. It can take days on ECCIE to get verified. Good luck and welcome! Xoxo
