Default Posting ads in the Welcome Wagon
A new lady is allowed to post one ad in the Welcome Wagon in her first week.

Many ladies join up and don't post anything for a while. Is her "first week" the first week she posts, or the first week after she joins the board? The sticky at the top of the forum seems to indicate the first week after joining, but wouldn't the week of the first post make more sense?

Or for that matter, just allow one "free" ad per lady in the Welcome Wagon.

It's within the first week of membership, but if a new lady posts there after the first week we generally don't flag it.
