Not really, most likely on a shared server, your attempt would be very short lived, if at all effective, if you end up on there you really aren't doing your home work, don't leave voice or text messages with people you don't know. can't speak to them when you call, call back later.

So you would be willing to disrupt hunderds of businesses that are on those servers which had absolutely nothing to do with your mis-adventure,let alone infect thousands of PC, phones, etc of people to cause a denial of service attack, because you slipped up. by the time you did that the cats already out the bag, wouldn't it be easier to be proactive and not but youself in that position in the first place, and there nothing to stop them from moving to a different server, you'll be chasing them forever. like I said you may be able to bring them down but it won't last long.
