In a recent compilation of the
10 snowiest universities in the U.S., the top honor goes to Michigan Technological University, which has typically about 200 inches of snow a year. However, Upstate NY is well represented on the list:

#3. University of Rochester (99 inches)
#4. University at Buffalo (94 inches)
#9. Cornell University (65 inches)
It appears that only larger institutions are included. Otherwise, I would expect SUNY Oswego (140 inches) to be way up there.
