I like this alternet.org website. Check out this collection of ten myths concerning the NSA. I like the myth "You have nothing to worry about if you haven't done anything wrong." They offer excellent reasoning showing how that statement is wholly un-American.

How can voting do anything when they're all part of the same machine? I can understand the value of a vote when the options are truly different, but I don't see that as the case. In our current state, voting, like freedom of speech, is a tool to mollify. For Christsakes, they put a button or a sticker on you, like a good boy that turned in his homework. Way to comply, little Johnny. I haven't voted since 2004, but even before then I voted for obscure candidates with disdain for the machine.
