I have been hobbying here for almost a year now, with over 30 reviews and many more sessions/appointments that I did not review and I have NEVER been asked, let alone provided my FULL NAME to any provider.

The first provider to ask for that.. gets tossed to the side and I move on to the next. Now the rest of that stuff.. phone number (burner throwaway phone) and primary email (hushmail account not attached to ANY traceable links back to me) are easy to provide but what benefit do they give you? The last one of provider references, that I can provide and that I can see being helpful to the ladies. But the rest of it? Either I'm not going to give it or it will be unlinked/untraceable.

So I'm not understanding how those first 4 items you suggest get you anywhere?
