I asked the question based on the rules presented because I am considering hosting the thread everyone seems to want to talk about in TRYST for a few months.

We park, sticky and lock a thread titled Austin Short Term Availability Thread in the ISO section with a link to the actual thread in the forum "TRYST" which is open to anyone to join.

The difference in a Private Forum like TRYST is that rules can be enforced in a much more expedited fashion than they can in the regular forums. None of the system "bookkeeping" is required.

Many seem to think they could actually FOLLOW rules given a 3rd chance..... yet Shayla posts a thread in this fashion that more than one jumps into basically in open defiance of the Mods.

TRYST is in development stages and for a couple of months, handles as an experiment, I could see the thread having a home there. Handled properly you may be able to convince local Mods to give it a shot in the regular forums.... Both SIxx and Space have access......

I would not want them bothered in any fashion regarding it if hosted there.

I would want at least one guy and one lady to volunteer to MOD the thread and be the initial contact point as well as to apply the very simple rules.

PM me if willing to MOD a thread of this nature per the simple rules listed.

I'll watch this thread and the other for a couple of more days before deciding.

Are you incapable of reading? Nobody said jackshit about you. It failed in Houston and Austin. It's the lack of moderation that keeps it going in San Antonio, or as most people call it ThreADland! Man, sir, you are hilarious. Firstly, "us women" is a generalization, do you know what that means? Dictionary.com should assist you. Secondly, I did read all the complaints about this thread and not one single reason to me was warranted to just not have one period. Thirdly, I stand by what I said, it sounds to me like some laziness. This board should be accommodating to both providers and hobbyist. Preventing a very reasonable and quick method of finding out who is available on a short notice basis just because a few girls don't know how to follow rules is absolutely ridiculous. How many providers are there? How many hobbyists? This board is not going to go under because Susy Q Fuckmyface got too many points and is suspended or whatever. Susy Q will be replaced by five other girls.

But I'm sleep though...

Regarding availability... this is something that you guys have to understand... as soon as I put up my short notice, I'll get booked. You aren't the only one. Please understand that. For every girl on here, imagine how many PMs that girl gets. So just because you saw the ad and was denied today doesn't mean you'll be denied next time. It's all about timing. You just didn't PM her fast enough.

Regarding threADs in that thread in SA... do y'all even actually look in that thread? I just looked and didn't see any threADs. I swear, if some of you had the choice of contracting HIV or reading a threAD, a lot of you would pick the first by the way y'all act. Fuck. It's a message board. There's more important things to gripe about if you want something to complain about.

I would absolutely use but, but there's one problem - I don't think providers should be able to post AT ALL - only clients should be able to post, and providers should be able to contact him. This eliminates the need for "rules" for providers and places the burden on the client.

It would be simple really - a client could post that he wants incall/outcall, location, type of appt, etc. and then providers could easily follow up - no need to post on the board at all!
