Need advice for a discrete location for low key FBSM for UTR provider
hey.. one of my UTR friends wants to expand into FSBM L1 out of a discrete low attention motel and asked me which is a good area to rent a long term motel ie. monthly rate around N dallas , Galleria area.
is 75 /635 area better .. ?
i know that I iwll not recommend addison../Farmers branch.!
not sure what advice to give.
thinking of the logistics. would it be better to rent a room which is the last at the end of the building. on the 1st floor. just next to the side door. u get the point I make.. how do motel owners react to seeing folks coming in frequently thru side door and going to one room..
and what the #$# excuse does she make when she rents the fartheest away discrete room. I have a sick grandma in a wheel chair who visits me so give me the easiest accessible room?
