Hi girls,

I would really like to see this board pick up a bit. Posting touring inquiries really does take away from the purpose this board is here which is why I think there are so few discussions relating to the hobby here now. This board should be filled with fun lively discussion where we can interact with the guys and get to know each the a bit while sharing a bit of knowledge with each other and the guys.

What do you think guys? I think we would be able to build a more active community if there was more fun interaction than what motel would be best to run my incall out of. Right now I believe very few people frequent this board because there are so few hobbyists who are participating in the discussions and there is very little content.

What say you ladies? I think we could make this board fell up with guys if we stopped posting boring drivel.

I would appreciate everyone's everyone's input and discussion.

Amy has a good point. We should have more free-flowing discussions here, BUT the problem is the "provincial" attitude among all players here in the area. This is not Dallas or any other major city that has a strong base of guys and gals who use ECCIE as not just a hobby tool. I know of at least a dozen or more guys who could be active here. Some are, some are not. Same for the girls. I know a bunch who simply come on here to place their ad or simply lurk in the background. Truly, that does none of us any favors unless we all agree this is just a place to conduct business. Granted, we are not "in-season" this time of year. Things will probably pick up around the holidays as people travel and then we have the snowbirds come down for the winter, followed by the spring breakers, and then followed with the summer season. As an aside, there is a lot of UTR activity going on. Some of these girls just want a few bucks to help them during the holidays or pay some bills. They aren't pros at this nor do they want to be. They just want a guy willing to supplement their income while staying off the radar. With some of these girls, I gauge their interest in ECCIE or other review sites. If the seem receptive, I give them the info to get started; however, you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make them drink.

^^^ plus most of us are temporarily here for work. we don't plan on living our life in the bible belt so we are in and out of the area within a couple years. I won't be here much longer myself

its constant turnover and a low population. i have met a lot of nice providers here and we have gotten to know each other personally so i will miss that UTR feeling on both sides. i would imagine in a high population area you are just a number to providers

I am sorry that you feel that way Ron. I had hoped that other ladies would participate in the photo Threads but apparently they are too shy. I am sure you saw my post that I would not be starting anymore photo threads in the future until some other lady steps forward to start one.

I believe that Cpalmson may very well be correct in his assessment that a lot of the ladies who frequent this board have very little professional business experience. At the same time because of the resistance that I have experience in screening potential dates I also believe that quite a lot of the gentlemen here have very little hobbying experience themselves. The fact that so many resort to backpage for dates is evidence of that in itself though some of that may be the result that there are so few dependable experienced girls working in this area.

I have been thinking of writing a few informative posts about the profession and hobbying that I hope will be helpful for everyone. I have been working in America since November 2007 and have quite a lot of experience some of which I am willing to share that I do believe will be useful to new providers and hobbyists a like.

Amy, I agree. I personally miss the camaraderie of an escort board "community" but I certainly have not been doing my part here. I'll try to do better!

But San Antonio is a pretty well laid back board with members who interact.
And from what I hear from the Ladies POV, Providers vouch/verify and get back to the other Ladies with info about Hobbyiest. I hear your area is not as forward. (If not the Panhandle, just a little north of you.)

Currently we have some out of town, for the lack of words, "Attention Whores (please put a better descriptor if one crosses your mind,")running amok on the board there at the moment. But the cattle will settle down soon enough
