I understand what you're saying.
If I read a review and had a different experience than the thread starter, I would expect to be able to tell others I had a different experience.
But that also gives me NO right to INSULT the thread starter or anyone else who comments in a provider review.
As far as insulting a provider, when the thread has nothing to do with her, what is the point of that ???
