Just about any hotel with a bar attached to it will have ladies. Go to Diggers (Delmon Hotel) in the evening and there are a lot of Asian ladies (lots of Chinese, some Thai and some Malaysian). (I am currently on an Asian kick - HAHAHA!!) It is best to be staying in the hotel as then you can just go up to your room. This is the same drill for almost all the 3 or 4 star hotels with bars or clubs attached - some may attract Russians some Moracan, etc. (The 5 star hotels generally do not have the ladies working the bars/clubs - or they are not as obvious perhaps. There are ladies staying in these hotels that do in-calls and you can find them on the internet. But why bother when there is so much good stuff out there to choose from in person.)
It is pretty much a no brainer in Bahrain - when its dark go to a club/bar and they will be there (lots of them).
