They have a few years of USDA inspections listed (http://acissearch.aphis.usda.gov/LPA...LPASearch.jspx)
There last inspection was listed as feb 28th of this year but there permit says "canceled" as of june 27th 2013. Call them and ask about their usda permit, if they have a good reason (expired and waiting on the new one to be approved or something similar) I'd trust them.
Hell, they are only about an hour and a half drive from KC, make a day trip up their and talk to them/see your future puppy! If you can't make the drive call the Vet they list as using on their site and ask the Vet about the kennel.

Good point.

Where is the kennel located? are you able to visit the kennel and check out the puppy? Bull dogs are expensive.Do they offer a health warranty. I use to raise Bassett Hounds, started showing at 4 weeks old. customer could take their pick ,tag the pup,and then pick up at 7-8 weeks.

As a Guy who fosters dogs, they look legit and have connections you can call on their site.

However. . .

As a guy who fosters dogs I'm going to encourage you to adopt. It takes some footwork but you'll get the right dog and do some good in the world.

If you can, find a local licensed breeder. You may end up paying more but at least you'll know what your getting ahead of time. Also if the pup is going to have papers, they can easily be faked when buying online.
Also if it does have a champion blood line, you most likely will have to sign a contract if it is really as they say.
From experience, though with a different breed of dog, i had to sign a contract. Most serious breeders don't want their bloodlines getting out, or getting mixed.

Actually that's not true. I got one of my dogs from a licensed breeder and took him home at 6 weeks.
I don't recommend it though, he missed out on learning some important lessons from his mother and litter mates.

Well I put the deposit down already. I think they are legit.. They send me new pics all the time. I can see it growing over the last couple weeks. I can tell its the same dog because of a spot on her head, and I have researched all of the pics to make sure they aren't just pulling them off the internet.

I do plan on adopting a dog at the pound at some point. But I just want my first dog to be a white english bulldog

I appreciate everyones help you have all given great advice!

I pick her up in a couple weeks She will be about 5 1/2 weeks when I get her.
