Anything to do around here??? Where are the bars, where is the Wal Mart where do the local go to get some hot good food ( my favorite is Mexican food)..

Better go to the Walmart just off county line in ridgeland next to the mall if you r in north Jackson. Several good Mexican restaurants around to try.

Cosumels just off on county line near Northpark mall has a mexican buffet for lunch. Least they do on the weekends. THINK they do during the week as well. Good Margaritas to LOL

If it were me I'd go to La Guadalupe, a taqueria just north of the intersection with county line on Old Canton Rd. It has GREAT food. Also the Walmart on Wheatly and Countyline is pretty run down a quick trip up 55 to Madison will take you to a really nice Walmart.

I need to keep up on the posts here. If you were bored I would have been happy to join you but the BEST Mexican is at my place. I make killer and healthy (high fiber carb balance) fajitas. And since you are a chef we could have fun in my gourmet kitchen. I know i get tired of the restaurant scene when I am out of town and just want to come home and cook something. Plus I just don't trust the Mexican restaurants here. I've not found one I'm overly fond of yet. Get in touch next time you are in town. I would love to show you around if you get bored! Or we could always arrange a mini m&g. There is a Mexican place on Highland Colony that is decent now that I think about it, I just can't recall the name. It opened a year or so ago I believe. I tried it a couple of times and it was good with a great atmosphere. So I hope your trip here was good and you decide to come visit again!

Ditto on the Madison Walmart. Much nicer and in my area of town too so don't hesitate if you need anything while you are in town next time. You will find the ladies here all very nice and helpful to visiting girls! We have a great Mod setting the example for us so we can't go wrong there ~smile~
