Does anyone have any thoughts and/or feelings on the hiring of Lindy Ruff as the Dallas Stars new head coach?

I've heard he's big on physical play. Too bad we don't still have Ott. On second thought, maybe he'll bring Ott with him...being they were both in Buffalo...

Definitely need some scrappers & enforcers...

I really don't think the Stars issue the last few years has been coaching, it has been more of a talent issue. Hopefully, they will help Ruff out by getting him some talented players that can get them back in the playoffs and bring some excitement back to the building.

Thanks for all the input!! I like to get different opinions & outlooks on the situation. I agree...the issue wasn't coaching...it's been GM & talent....hopefully that'll change...
