This is only CNN report. It should still photos from the video, but not the actual cannibalism. Apparently, however, the Syrian rebel is well known enough to be identified by name.

In the Arab world, there are NO good sides. Just varying degrees of bad. The rebels increasingly appear to be Islamists. Islamists who commit cannibalism on video.

Perhaps Bashar Assad isn't so bad after all.
