Me too. I always try to do some homework with Google Maps, look at the neighborhood with both satellite and street views, and print out an area map.

Me three, but I never print out a map. If I have to write anything down, it's in shorthanded code.

I generally follow what the GPS says, but I have a brain and eyes, so I ignore it in cases where it's blatantly obvious that the directions that I've been given are either wrong or are going to take me somewhere that I can't reasonably or legally go, e.g. telling me to make a u-turn on the interstate.
