Condoms as Crime Evidence

In New York, the police regularly target sex workers and arrest them if they are carrying condoms — even though condoms are legal. Sex workers, anti-trafficking groups, and public health advocates are today lobbying the lawmakers of New York state to pass a bill that would make the possession of condoms inadmissible as evidence in criminal prosecutions of prostitution and related offenses.

I would support eliminating the persons who first allowed them to be admissible. Not necessarily dead eliminate, but render completely irrelevant. Had to be part of Guilliani's clean up?

If a person possessing a condom can be arrested for prostitution, and schools are distributing condoms, would that not make the schools guilty of human trafficking?
