Court went long today, nearly 11 hours. ECCIE was represented. It was an interesting scene, to say the least.

All I can say, is that all evidence has been admitted and all witnesses have testified.

Arguments start at 9 am and sentencing will be tomorrow.

Defense Attorney to Sleezy: Dude, seriously, you won't be taking any PT test anytime soon. You are going to jail for a long time, eat the freakin pizza. We are going to have a long day tomorrow and frankly, you won't notice those carbs on that fat belly.

Prosecution and defense have rested. Judge is in deliberation. Court is in recess through lunch.

He was found guilty across the board. To include rape and kidnapping. Awaiting the Judge's decision on sentencing.

Just checking in again, now they need to throw the book at the MF. Hope he enjoys his time with Bubba or whoever it is. At least this particular gentleman (the term is used loosely) will be off the streets. Justice is served. ijs

Judge sentenced him to reduction to E-1, dishonorable discharge and confinement for 50 years. He is a felon and a lifetime registered sex offender. They are stripping him of his dress uniform and putting him into a prison uniform and hand cuffing him now......... He will be on his way to jail tonight followed by prison.

People on purpose decide to indulge if they get caught they are all over the place with personal info can be googled of the erest and everything.....
This guy harms people and I can't seem to find info on it anywhere besides on here.

well their investigation on him is still technically open...from my understanding. there are other ladies who are either unidentifiable or wont come forward. they've kept things quiet as to not compromise their case and/or witnesses.

I think he is fried and probably heading to the relatively new prison at FT Leavenworth to do PT for the next 50 years at 0630 everyday...sweet !
