Other providers may be able to weigh in on this, but maybe don't "stay" in any one place -- have a list of several locations, and don't stay in any one place too long. -- The nature of the "Hobby" is that if you stay some place too long, someone (a neighbor, property management, hotel management) will start to notice, get suspicious, and then unfortunate things can happen.

Plan on staying "mobile".
