Default Solicitation charges in Okla -- sex offender laws

So Oklahoma's registered sex offender laws are among the worst in the USA or so i've heard. If a provider is charged with solicitation within 1000 feet of a school and pleads guilty for a reduced sentence for say probation as example does she have to register as a sex offender? I'm just trying to help a girl not get a scarlet letter of sex offender. Any help appreciated. PM if you want to remain anonymous.

Your friend needs to get a lawyer and deny those charges. Sounds like she can't afford to plead guilty.

A sex offender label could keep her from getting an apartment getting a regular job.

If the lawyer tries to get her to plead guilty then fire him and find one who will fight for her.
