You know, I was broaching this subject more out of curiosity and monotony than for business advice . I thought it would be fun to see some ads written by the guys! Maybe get some fun ideas about contests or stories of originality.

It seems this thread has gotten a little off track. I was even thinking of giving away a free session for the most original mock ad to donate to Safeplace. I'm up for it!

IMO, using all methods of advertising is best...ads, reviews, word of mouth etc. That's just my preference though.

And you are so right, KSoze! That's sage advice

New thread! Mock ad. May the best ad err man win. 5 entries only, one winner and to be fair...the co ed can judge One catch.... Winner must donate at least $100 to Safeplace. So...not exactly free, but we will see how it turns out!!

Anything is fine as long as it shows that they proofread it, fixed the spelling errorrs with the FREE SPELLCHECK that's right in front of them. At least it shows they made and error and might have TCB abilities.

Fun2Come, fact or opinion? I completely disagree, my fellow hobbyist. My career requires that I do small amounts of journal entries, so I saw this as something right up my alley. If Scarlett challenged me to show up at a session wearing a pink tutu and bunny slippers, then......yeah! I support your statement.

I believe that what I am doing/just did shows that I have the male anatomy to step up and accept a fun challenge when it is put out there. You are entitled to your own opinion, but because it is your opinion doesn't mean that everyone has to share your beliefs. If you want to accept the challenge...great! More power to ya! If you don't want to accept the challenge...great! More power to ya! And, don't take this as a slam on ya bro, just know that there are people in this world who don't share your beliefs.

Honestly, I think my ad actually sucks, but ya never know.
