If you want a fuck buddy, that should be very easy to set up. You have the luxury of choosing your lover and financially being reimbursed for your time. Or should I say test driving your lover. When you think you found that hobbyist where you think you can make an arrangement with. Set him down and explain what you want in the arrangement. Make sure he understands the rules of your arrangement. I would say the best one to get would be someone who's already tied up in another emotional relationship. Make sure that he is a seasoned hobbyist, not a newbie. This'll reassure you not to have the SO drama.

Since this is not a boyfriend girlfriend situation and you do not want any ties. You must go Dutch in everything. If he buys you flowers. You buy him flowers the next time and tell him why you bought them. If he continues to do nice gestures like this, terminate the arrangement immediately. Men and women are alike in this aspect.

Take for instance if I give you flowers and then I text you the next day. You don't return my text. In my mind I'm thinking why did she not returned my text after I've been so nice to her. It creates stockists behavior. Thank God that I don't act like this and think this way. I can't help it I'm a slut!

I'm a touch over 50. I've been told for the majority of my life to "be sensitive, don't treat women like sex objects, be 'available', etc" and have been walked on by women for most of those years. The clingy sensitive types are the product of that conditioning. I've been there and I can tell you it doesn't get you any pussy, but you will buy a lot of lunches, dinners, and drinks and your right hand becomes your best friend.

So to answer the OP's question, it's been this conditioning--whether part of feminism or not--that has done it. I've got a FWB, and she's trying to date a guy right now. And even though she's very upfront with him, he's put on the whole puppy dog routine, stops by uninvited or announced, texts, calls then calls home number if she ignores it. She is totally turned off by it, but I can bet this guy thinks he's doing everything right! Yet he's been chasing it for several weeks and nothing for him, yet I've been with her 3 times. She knows she can't have me so she wants me. And belive me, I'm no prize.....

Unfortuantely the new generation doesn't know what Dutch means. I've asked several of my friends who range from the age of 21-50 and only 2 guys knew what it meant but there expected to pay. Asked the ladies and none of them knew what it meant. So in a way, guys do expect something if there paying for everything.
