Chaos
I think the Governor of Wisconsin might get recalled or impeached.
Fear is a great way to run up the price of oil and make a fortune.

Same shit different day.
I might as well start a 'government shutdown' thread so you guys can all blame Obama for it a few weeks before it even happens.

Since you brought it up; where is the Sixth Fleet? I understand, according to the news, that the US rented a ferry to get out the Americans from Libya. They also report the embassy is lightly armed. In 1991 when things were falling apart in Somalia we sent in 60 armed marines to secure our embassy. Then we brought everyone who made it to our embassy and they came from 11 different countries. I don't like this every man for himself and rely on Ghaddafi's good will to let us do it.
As for the states; it would appear the democrats are the ones shutting down the government in WS and IN by fleeing the state. They have been dubbed "Fleebaggers".

Prank
The Acorn video tapes were interesting to say the least but the best that I have seen is the Recording made when a guy called the Wisconsin governor pretending to be a KOCH brother. Donations of $43,000 to the election btw and discussed the situation.
OMG can you say cut open and nailed to a board for public roasting?
Find it and read it and see the truth.
WOW!
In Libya I want the shadow dudes to find the Lockerbie bomber and oops?

Regarding the Middle East changes....the pink Elephant in the room that has not been talked alot about is the Saudis.
Oil is the lifeline for all these countries. However if changes occur in Saudi Arabia the oil will still flow...but will they take a far more hawkish stand on supporting higher oil prices. Thus not pushing up their production during certain times.
Plus their culture is far more religious base than some of these other countries.
And Bush would lose is guarantee tee-off time at the Royal Golf course.

Saudis
King returns and voila $37 billion dollars goes out to the people in an attempt to ease their sufferings.
Sunni Governments suppressing Shite majorities won't last.

CNN did a report on the Saudis, about 1 year ago
A huge percentage of their population is Male under 25 years old
Of that Male population, an amazing portion were unemployed.
Althought the "Royal Family" has been attempting to change this situation over the past decade, the usual corruption, greed, and suppression have resulted in some change...but not nearly enough.
And certainly I am not saying all Saudis are extreme Anti-Americans...but remember the number of 9/11 highjackers came from the Saudis.
Don't want to come off as anti-Saudis....those that know me can tell ya I am actually more pro-Arab and anti Israel when it comes to political discussion and foreign policy.
But suddenly throwing a ton of $$$ is not going to change a potential powder keg that is brewing in that country
