Correct. There is a big difference between "legalization" and "decriminalization" - people throw the term "legalization" around but that's usually not the thing you really want.

Tobacco - is LEGALIZED - it's controlled, regulated, and taxed at the point of sale by big government.

Decriminalization means essentially the government has no dog in the hunt concerning the activity and will neither bless it or prevent it.

Decriminalization is the optimum because it gets government out of the equation. Government only screws things up.

From the perspective of a guy who's not too smart (me)

First of all - I applaud all the girls who are willing to see all sorts of guys, be they black, white, big and dumb (like me), or rich and wonderful dreamboats.

I think all the providers I've seen are colorblind when it comes to their clients. I know Zada is!

I think it's kind of strong soup though to waive a finger at girls who have the NBA and call them racists. "Racist" is a loaded term - it's really no longer conducive to intellectual discussions (not that I would personally know anything about that though). Anyway - I just have a hard time labeling those girls "racist" when, in fact - many of those girls ... more than just a few ... are black themselves.

Also ... in this "hobby" ... society is not on your side. They don't have your back. Cops? They could give a shit about a provider should something bad befall her. The women are really left to their own devices to take care of themselves. Who am I to question their methods or "judge" their decisions?

I'm a Libertarian - and libertarians are for free, voluntary associations. So I have to come down on the side of choice here. It's not my decision to make - it's the provider's.

See, I really don't think BBBJ's are that unsafe, based on the data I've seen. Now, I could "judge" those girls who only do CBJ's as being "ignorant" of the facts as I see them. I know full well the difference between "legalization" and "decriminalization."

The hobby will be legalized and regulated eventually and that is good. Uncle Sam will get his fair share and the dark corners and criminal element not part of the main stream hobby who victimize people will still be criminals.

If you think the federal government will ever just throw up its hands and "decriminalize" prostitution ... well, let's just say you are very naive.
