Liability for a webmaster hosting/maintaining a site for an escort agency

Are there any potential liabilities for a webmaster who is hosting and/or maintaining a website for an escort agency? Is there a difference if John Webmaster hosts said site on his on server vs the site being on a 3rd party hosting company?

as long as you have an Indemnity clause that states you are not responsible for individual sites content and that you will co-operate fully with all legally filed papers etc.

basically you provide a server and space on the server... if a site comes under legal scrutiny then you co-operate.
