How did he get elected?
What has he done since he was elected?

First, the Harvard Law Review is an independent student run organization that does not base its membership on academic excellence or academic quality at all. Secondly, it's primary function is to publish scholarly legal articles, and it is a valuable legal research resource because of the gathering of precedents under certain article topics.

It is a simple matter, having available research tools, to investigate whether or not Obaminable published any "scholarly legal articles" in the Harvard Law Review. It is also a simple matter, having available research tools, to investigate whether or not Obaminable published any "scholarly legal articles" later while he was a "law professor" when he was in Chicago.

What is the name of his known publication?

The mystery of how he was accepted into Harvard Law School is only eclipsed by the mystery of how he managed to become the "first Black person to be "president" of the Harvard Law Review" ....

... the real problem with Obaminable is that he has "labels" and "titles" ....

"first Black person to be "president" of the Harvard Law Review" ....
"Illinois legislator"
"community organizer"
"U.S. Senator"
"U.S. President"

... but little substance to substantiate the justification for being in those positions.

His first debate performance peals off the skins of his contrived and created image.

As confirmation of his miserable performance, I have yet to see any associate from the Harvard Law Review, professor of his from Harvard Law School (including the one he publicly defended who had a confrontation with police), any colleagues at the law school where he was supposedly a constitutinal law professor, or even his WIFE, provide any supporting critique of his "debate performance."

So far the only "support" I have read or heard are excuses ... e.g.

the Gore-syndrome ...aka altitude sickness.

"affirmative action" is not a qualification, it is a process.

I posted a number of months ago about how someone got to be head of the Harvard Law Review. It has nothing to do with merit after 1980. They didn't have enough "diversity" so they changed the standards. Class average something to be considered but popularity and diversity took precedent. Obama was one of the first minority appointments and Susan Estrich came shortly afterwards. They have both went far very little but a reputation.

So now we are to believe that 1+1= 2.7? We know that real unemployment is double digits and we can argue if it is 11% or if it is 19% but it is not anywhere near 8%. Then we remember that these numbers come from the Labor Department. Who runs the Labor Department? That's right, Obamatons. This is not partisan, this is math. A month from now those numbers will be corrected upward on a Friday afternoon and no one will notice.

Just let me leave you with this, they think that you are so stupid that you will suspend your common sense and believe their spiel. That is how much regard they have for you.
Facts? From you? You must be high.

BLS data show that the last time the United States lost jobs was in September 2010, when 27,000 jobs were lost.

That's 22 months ago, not 24.

How significant have the increases been?

Gary Burtless, a labor economist at the Brookings Institution told PolitiFact National in May that the economy needs to create 90,000 to 100,000 jobs each month just to keep pace with the number of people coming into the work force.

During 7 of those 22 months, including as recently as April, May and June of this year, job growth was below 100,000. In 8 of the 22 months, it was over 200,000.

When we asked his campaign for the source of Cicilline's statement, spokeswoman Nicole Kayner sent us a White House blog item from Aug. 3 reporting: "The economy has now added private sector jobs for 29 straight months." We confirmed that with the BLS database, but this is for non-government jobs, and Cicilline didn't make that distinction in his debate comment.

Our ruling

In the debate, U.S. Rep. David Cicilline said: "When President Obama took office, we were losing 700,000 jobs a month. Now we've had job growth, I think, for 24 consecutive months."

We want to note, as we repeatedly have, that even though there's been improvement in the job numbers during the Obama administration, a president's ability to influence the economy is severely limited.

As for Cicilline’s comment, he understated the job losses occurring when President Obama took office and, by the most commonly used measure, he overstated by two months the timespan of continued job growth. But his main point -- that there has been growth for nearly two years -- is sound.

Because the statement is "accurate but needs clarification or additional information," we rule it Mostly True.

The folks down at the interstate underpass holding up signs have a "job"!

While you are celebrating the stats,.....

... the millions without jobs are wondering where theirs is ... and

the teenagers and minorities, who like you support the guy, .........
........are way above 8%!

Like all of the rest of Obaminable's snake oil ... look at the ingredients.

Did he really end the war in Iraq?
Did he really kill OBL?
Has he really won the war in Afghanistan?
Has he really improved the image of the U.S. around the world?
Has he really generated greater respect for the U.S. around the world?
Has he really created a safer environment for the U.S. internationally?
Has he really closed GITMO?

He and his cadre of used car salemen make those claims,
...... except for the last one regarding GITMO!

And I use that comparison not to marginalize or criticize car salesmen, but to point out that they are trying to sell the voters a Pinto as a Maserati. You guys are biting.

The only thing you guys who are trying shore up this loser have to say of substance is to call those questioning his credentials "idiots" or "dumbasses" or accuse them of being .... "gay"! ... while repeating like parrots his "accomplishments"!

That's pretty sad. The only thing you can say for "your man" is .... his critics are ....

.. idiots, dumbasses, and gay.

I'm not sure how liberals can justify ridiculing others by calling them "gay" or suggesting they engage in "gay" activities, like dick sucking, but it really isn't a shocker when they call people idiots and dumbasses for questioning the euphoria over a questionable .3% drop in the unemployment rate on the eve of the upcoming elections when their candidate, Obaminable, promised a 5.7% unemployment rate by May 2012.

My math says he is about 2.1% short and ....

.... he pissed off a lot of money to get a .3% decrease. No wonder Obaminable said after the debate:

"When you're president, as opposed to the head of a private equity firm, then your job is not simply to maximize profits. And so, if your main argument for how to grow the economy is I knew how to make a lot of money for investors, then you're missing what this job is about. It doesn't mean you weren't good at private equity, but that's not what my job is as president. My job is to take into account everybody, not just some. My job is to make sure that the country is growing not just now, but 10 years from now and 20 years from now."

So after he's pissed off billions of dollars and failed to get to the 5.7% unemployment rate he had promised for May 2012, he is a success story as a President and we should give him another 4 years to piss off billions more to reduce the unemployment rate by another .3% .. because ....

his job is to make sure the country is growing ... 10 to 20 years from now!

In other words .... all you suckers that voted for me will have to wait for a job for awhile while I grow the country for the next 20 years? Hang in there!

I can hear it now:
GF: Honey when are we gonna get married.
BF: In 10 years, may be 20.

So this whole rant is because your boyfriend won't marry you?

Don't ask me to piss on you because your study of people asking for money comes from the middle of the wasteland you call a soul. You're on here day in and day out calling for self-sufficiency, personal responsibility and saying anybody who is down on their luck is a parasite living on the government tit.

I'm not saying things are good you stupid motherfucker. I'm saying you and your ilk are liars who misrepresent, manipulate and wouldn't know the truth if it was printed in block letters on the balls bouncing off your forehead.

Did you get that you human piece of waste? I posted facts you made no attempt to refute other than to tie the woes of the world to the fact no one loves you.

I expressed a high degree of personal disgust that j douche, chumchomper, and joe blows are still breathing my air. As an American I acknowledge their right to their opinions and as an American I hope there is a God and that they will be dealt with as He sees fit.

Other than the limited comments about the blow job boys, I made no statement or expressed no opinion concerning whether things are hunky dory. I posted a well-researched (by politifact) set of numbers you obviously can't refute with reputable sources.

Once again, the only gay reference I made was about you in this post. Are girls gay because they give guys head? There's no way to tell by the act itself. The same is true for guys. You just might really need the $5.

Do the country a favor. Next time get $10 and spread part of the wealth to those people who live under the freeway.

It's never too late to find Jesus.

One of my least favorite Obama lies. They and their little flying monkeys love to say that we were loosing 800,000 jobs a month under Bush. A one time happening is not a trend. The trend is that for over two years we have not produced enought jobs to stay even (150,000-180,000 required, not 100,000). Like some idiot (yes, I am thinking Jon Stewart) who confuses deficit with debt. The trend was downward under Bush for his last year but it was starting to flatten. That means it was starting to correct. "Obama's recovery" looks more like a mirror image than a recovery causes by anything he did. So the smart money would say that the recovery is more about the country efforts to recover than anything Obama did.

So which is it? Do presidents have a major impact on job loss or job creation? Or a minor one?

This time you claim it is minor. Other times you claim a major impact.

You also claim the BLS is wrong and you are right.
And what was the proof you offer?
The only kind of meat a priest can eat on Friday. You know.

None (and yeah, I know how to spell nun).

So what other bullshit do you have, Monkeyboy?
