Sofia, In the words of a certain Member of Congress,
"You lie". And you know what I mean and that I can prove it.
You have unnecessarily personalized this general interest topic.
By doing so you have opened a can of worms for yourself.
I realize you are probably trying to maintain plausible deniability, but since this is all fantasy having occurred in cyberspace and our imaginations, and no specific event can be identified . . .
Second, you are confusing things by introducing your drama from another thread into this thread. I ask you to JUST STOP IT, please. One topic at a time.
Again I ask you to either stay on topic or keep out of it, please.
This thread does not have to be about you, but from your defensive tone, perhaps you could learn a bit from it, as also indicated by what I have read on the boards in recent days.
Back to the question,
Who is responsible . . .?
Some have said the provider, some the appt taker, some the client.
I say again I shall carry my favorite brand to each adventure into this playground. Call it pleasure insurance.
I think the provider (whether indie or in an agency) has a personal interest in making sure her incall site will be amply provisioned with all supplies necessary to stoke the fires of the imagination, as a matter of customer service. Price may make the sale, but service creates the repeat customer.
I think the appt taker has a lot at stake as with any business operation, to make certain her facility is amply provisioned, and that co-op partners are availing themselves of all the supplies at hand to ensure the product is delivered with the highest quality. Price may make the sale, but the customer comes back for the quality and value of the product.
But to NOT deliver the product promised, and to try to deflect blame on others will undermine any business venture by driving away clients and ruining the reputation of the business.
Think TOYOTA!
To each his own.
This thread did not begin about rr.
Again some have chosen to take that spin, foolishly.
It is about the community, the hobby experience.
Best regards.
LTGR!
