When you want to see a provider you've never met she will ask you for references. You give her names of providers you have seen. Provide as much contact info as possible. Best to use the names of ladies you've seen before more than once who may remember you better than a one time shot months ago.

The provider you want to see will contact the ladies you have seen and they will give the inquiring provider her thoughts on you being safe, legit and/or a good guy (or not).

If all is good, she will most likely see you. If not, she won't.

Let's make a way for a Providers to basically Stamp your Profile
And mark you as ok

After receiving a certain amount of stamps ladies won't even have to go thru this process they will take one look and that will be that. Contacting a provider can be timely she could be busy or on vacation or even worse off for the rest of the week...

but having an ok already submitted makes things a whole lot easier

There is another Review Board that concentrates on the Pittsburgh area.

They had/have a "Vouch" system in place.

While it give the perception of credibility to the membership.

However that did not turn out to be the case as they found out at a "social event".

The owner and several of the members and board staff are under indictment for a variety of charges.

No one really knows anything about the Hobbyist or Provider until they have spent time together.

Anyone; Hobbyist or Provider, who does not do the requisite research on the person the wish to spend time with is naive and destined to find trouble.

Just one old fat farts opinion.

Charges were filed both with the State and with the Federal Authorities.

Additional charges against [Name Removed]and [Name Removed] included promoting prostitution and possessing criminal tools. [Name Removed] was also charged with 10 counts of money laundering.
