Lisa Lyonz is a crossfitter ...... it's been mentioned before , maybe one of the places you heard it ....
Crossfit is a core strength and conditioning program....
It's based on functional movement ....
For the hard core it's intense and extreme...
But it can be scaled to your individual abilities until you can and want to take on more .....
There are certified , trained coaches with each çlass to instruct and Tudor every participant.....
There are very few if any machines other than a rower....
But there are weights , med balls, pull up bars , running, jump ropes , squats , burpees, box jumps & endless other forms of punishment to strengthen your core ....
Some boxes ( gyms ) have a free first visit .... To see if its for you ..
