This certainly points out the lack of effort news organizations exert in obtaining, verifying, and reporting in an race to be First. It is not the names I found amusing but the stupidity of the news anchor and her producers. Blame has been placed on an unpaidNTSB intern for confirming when the station called. Where did they get the story, they're not saying.
